MONDAY

Barre with Mae Corwin

Barre is a low-impact class that combines exercises from Pilates, barre fitness and classical strength training. This class utilizes light weights and the mat to help strengthen and tone your muscles, improve your posture and increase your cardiovascular endurance. This all-level class is a great compliment to any level of yoga practice.

Mindfulness Meditation with Kate Nicholson
4:15p - 4:45p • Buck 301
This is an opportunity to practice presence in body~mind~spirit while in community. We typically start with a brief check-in, mindfulness teaching, ~ 15 minutes of lightly guided practice and closing with a few moments for sharing any noticings.

Peace & Release Yoga with Kate Nicholson
5:00p - 6:00p • Buck 301
This class is a balance of meditation, breathwork, dynamic movement (standing sequence) and quiet, restorative postures to rest and regulate a frazzled nervous system.


TUESDAY

Power Flow with Jessica Richardson

This fast-paced vinyasa practice is a moving meditation or flow of poses that links breath to movement through dynamic and challenging sequences designed to build strength, increase stamina, and lengthen and tone the body.

Weightlifting with Paula Habel

Dynamic full-body workout sessions, where you'll work on weightlifting techniques using dumbbells, barbells, and more, each class is designed to challenge and engage you. Paula, tailors modifications to suit all fitness levels, ensuring everyone can participate and progress. As the semester advances, the intensity will ramp up, but don't worry—you can jump in at any time. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, all skill levels are welcome.

NEW! Strength & Length Pilates-Inspired with Jasmine Decrem '28
6:15p - 7:00p • Buck 301
Class combines Pilates and Lagree methods to target full-body strength, stability, and muscular endurance. You’ll engage in dynamic, low-impact movements using slider disks to replicate the reformer machine experience with an emphasis on having fun! All skill levels welcome.


WEDNESDAY

Kickboxing with Felipe Gunter

This will be a fun workout that teaches basic kickboxing techniques while emphasizing cardio and strength. Beginners to experienced students welcome.

A class where you ride to the beat, get your sweat on, and prioritize both fun and exercise!

Power Yoga with Connor Chess
7:00p - 7:45p • Buck 301
A variety of movement practices focused on a Vinyasa-style flow; a balance of strengthening and stretching. Power is introduced through the pace of the flow and added strength exercises. Along with traditional yoga postures, class will incorporate alternative movements inspired by Qi Gong and HIIT workouts. Find joy in movement, instill self-confidence and realize a sustainable practice to incorporate movement into your daily life. Open to all levels.

Morning Flow Yoga with Birgitta Peterson

An all-levels invigorating yoga flow focused on stretching the spine and strengthening the core. No better way to start your day!

Weightlifting with Paula Habel

Composed to the beat, this class is a fusion of dynamic movements, powerful isolated body work with weights, basic ballet, and Pilates; strengthen, stretch, and tone the body. End class with a guided meditation focused on breath to clear and elevate the mind, body, and spirit.

Spin classes are full of energy and always set to a great playlist. A cardiovascular challenge of mixed terrain such as hills, sprints, jumps and dynamic movements that are all choreographed to the beat.


FRIDAY

Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Mae Corwin
9:30a - 10:15a • Buck 301
Finish your week with a good stretch, deep breathing, and fun Vinyasa flow. Every class starts with brief seated meditation followed by mindful asanas moving in tempo with breath. Options to intensify one's personal practice or dial down depending; modifications are always offered.

Mainly Mat with Bernadette Esposito
11:00a - 11:45a • Buck 301
An all-level Pilates-inspired mat class that combines isometric exercises and dynamic stretching designed to strengthen core muscles, improving flexibility, and cultivate body/breath awareness through low-impact and high-intensity repetition.

Slow Yoga with Bernadette Esposito
12:00p - 12:45p • Buck 301
With an emphasis on cultivating strength and flexibility, this low-impact Vinyasa class will move through a steady and dynamic sequence at a slower pace. The quieter nature of this class is great for beginners as well as for intermediate students who want to slow down and feel into the poses.
